Government College of Technology Samanabad Faisalabad was established in 1966 in order to meat the demand of Engineering Technicians, Technologists and Field Engineers in various fields. At beginning 3-years Diploma of Associate Engineer Program was started. Now the college is also offering two Degree Programs i.e. B.Tech (Pass) and B-Tech (Hons) under University of Engineering & Technology, Lahore.
